Analyst Comment: Conditions are rapidly degrading in several liberal strongholds including Chicago, Portland, Philadelphia, New York (City), San Francisco (and surrounding). Grocery and retail stores are pulling out. Homelessness and drug use are increasing. Crime is driving out residents. More and more these parts of the US look like 2nd or even 3rd world nations.
