“Scientists have uncovered startling evidence that a substantial portion of the batches of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine deployed in the European Union may in fact have consisted of placebos – and that the German regulator knew this and did not subject them to quality-control testing.”

So far the batches have been categorized into three groups. The lowest risk batch appeared to be effectively a placebo with zero adverse reactions reported. The moderate batch had a moderate level of adverse events (rate unclear). And the severe batch had adverse events at a rate as high as 1 in 10 doses.
