According to Adam Hodge, spokesman of the National Security Council of the White House, “Russian armed forces have laid more naval mines along the approach routes to Odessa and other Ukrainian ports, and yesterday the Russian Defense Ministry warned that any cargo ship approaching the Ukrainian coast will be considered a military target.”
