President Trump and 18 co-defendants were indicted by a grand jury in Fulton County, Georgia related to efforts to dispute the results of the 2020 election.
Additionally, a copy of the indictment, along with a case number and assigned judge was posted on the Fulton County Clerks website hours before the grand jury approved the indictment. The county AG called the document fake although has refused to answer any additional questions about how and why the indictment was already posted by the clerk before it was even approved by a grand jury.
