InfoWars host Owen Shroyer was sentenced to 60 days in prison over January 6th. Shroyer never entered the Capitol and didn’t commit any acts of violence… “Prosecutors charged Shroyer because he had previously signed a deferred prosecution agreement after interrupting a congressional hearing in 2019 and had agreed as part of that case not to utter ‘loud, threatening, or abusive language, or to engage in any disorderly or disruptive conduct, at any place upon the United States Capitol Grounds.’”
Analyst Comment: Ray Epps is on video directly encouraging people to enter the Capitol building. If Shroyer was charged, Epps can be charged under a similar legal theory.
