The public health order banning concealed and open carry by the Governor of New Mexico, is now blocked by a temporary restraining order.
Additionally, the NM Attroney General, Raul Torrez, informed the Governor that his office will not defend the order.
Yesterday crowds of armed citizens gathered in Albuquerque to openly protest the rule.
