Poland confirmed that a missile which killed two Polish farmers in October of last year was a Ukrainian air defense missile. Ukraine initially blamed the incident on Russia but pledged to fully cooperate with the Poland’s investigation. However, Ukraine has failed to offer assistance and Poland says it needs the nation to answer a few questions to complete the investigation. Ukraine has yet to admit that the missile was theirs.
