New York State Police are showing up to the homes of people who have allegedly purchased pistol parts off of eBay.
Analyst Comment: Don’t assume any online transactions are private. Feds and local agencies actively monitor transactions across a wide variety of websites, and use those to prosecute Americans. It’s blatantly unconstitutional, yet it happens everyday.
