The Montana House of Representatives censured transgender Rep. Zooey Zephyr for claiming those who put restrictions on gender-altering procedures for minors has blood on their hands. “Rep. Zooey Zephyr will not be allowed on the floor or gallery of the Montana House of Representatives for the remainder of the legislative session and will only be allowed to participate via Zoom.”
