The goal, according to the report, is for US officials to be made immediately aware of if a radioactive weapon detonates inside Ukraine, and to be able to identify Russian forces as the culprit.”
Analyst Comment: This sure looks like preparing the ground for a small-yield nuclear false flag in Ukraine, which would provide justification for sending in NATO soldiers to reinforce Ukraine’s depleted Army. Notice how this story has been conveniently released to stalwart propaganda mill, the New York Times. Why announce this publicly unless you want to start building a new narrative?
